Dr. Susan Tanyi, MD is the Founding Partner and CEO of League Health. She is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician who has been practicing for over the course of more than a decade. She has served as a medical practice physician leader for several years and is always passionate about inspiring transformational change in healthcare. Dr. Susan Tanyi, MD, received her undergraduate degree in biochemistry, completed it in 3-years, and graduated with honors from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. She obtained her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine, graduated with honors, and completed her family medicine residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.

In her personal life, Dr. Susan Tanyi, MD, was born in Lubbock TX to parents from Cameroon, West Africa and she spent 15 years of her childhood in Cameroon. Growing up in a third-world country, she experienced first-hand the devastation of a broken healthcare system that has far too many shortfalls, which led to the unnecessary loss of many lives. This is what sparked her dream and passion to become a physician, who could bring about transformational change in healthcare and empower the lives of others, especially those who are underprivileged.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Susan Tanyi, MD, is a wife and mother of a son and two daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, exploring nature, writing, music, and learning about Christian philosophy and apologetics. Her family resides in Richmond, Texas.
