– Requires a 12-month commitment for a low monthly fee.
– $50 registration fee upon sign up and this renews annually. 
– Discounted rates of 10% off when prepaid quarterly or 20% off when prepaid annually.
– Automatic deduction each month from a credit card, checking/savings account.
– Membership will be ongoing unless cancelled and will renew automatically annually.
– Cancellations are done by emailing membership@ivyleaguehealth.com within 10-14 days prior to the due date of annual renewal.
– If membership is cancelled before 12-months, you will be billed for all healthcare services provided.
